Postby David Litt » Sun Mar 15, 2015 11:33 pm

Course for Green belts and above on Saturday 25th April.

Provisionally 1:00 - 4:30pm in St Albans. Taught by sensei Will on the theme of "blocks, locks and drops" (aka some sacrifice throws) plus possibly some groundwork.

Will is keen to get a sense of the numbers attending as early as possible. Please let your instructors know that you want to come ASAP.

It's St Albans Judo Club. I haven't seen an address, but I think there's only one.

Lucy's last email to instructors said "12:30-4:30 pm at St Albans Judo Club. The course will focus on blocks, locks and sacrifice throws. It's open to everyone green belt and above, and is £10 to attend."
