Postby David Litt » Thu Nov 06, 2014 10:23 pm

Dear All,

We hope you are all busy making arrangements to come to the Aiuchi Nationals on the 15th and 16th November. It will be a great chance to train and socialise with members from other clubs, and be taught by some of the most senior instructors in the Association. Here are some more details:

Venue:
High Wycombe Judo Centre
Barry Close
Cressex
High Wycombe
HP12 4UE
(http://www.wycombejudocentre.co.uk)

Itinerary:

Saturday training: 10:30am - 5pm

Saturday evening social function: meet at 7:30 pm back at the Judo centre

Sunday training: 11am-5pm

You are welcome to come to just one day or both days. You'll need to arrange your own hotel room if you want to stay over! There will be a social event on the Saturday evening (with food). More details to follow...

Weekend: Saturday and Sunday £26
One day training + evening: Saturday/Sunday + evening £16

Evening event what’s included: Social event within the High Wycombe dojo, onsite function room and bar, disco, member’s rate discounted drinks prices, food (beef lasagna and tomato pasta with garlic bread, salad and dessert).

There is another accommodation option wherein, students (with “responsible” club adult instructor) are permitted to sleep at the dojo overnight with a bacon roll the following morning for £15 per head. Obviously you would need to provide your own sleeping bag, pillow, towel, etc and ensure that you do not wear shoes on the mats or eat or drink on them. It would be preferred for students to stay off-site and Aiuchi would be holding the club of those staying responsible for any issues/damage, etc caused, but this option is available for those that really require a cheaper option.

I will need numbers by 11th November to ensure that you get fed in the evening!
